Owner and Chef, Adel Elsayed, opened Monaco Middle Eastern Cuisine in January of 2006 with a vision of creating Windsor's best middle-eastern casual dining experience. Elsayed infuses every dish he creates with his extensive culinary knowledge and passion for pleasing the palate.
It quickly becomes evident, after just one bite, that Chef Adel's love for cooking is surpassed only by his desire to create a dining experience that will please even the most discriminating taste buds.
Chef Adel's insistence on, not only meeting, but exceeding his own standards of culinary perfection has had critics raving ever since he opened his doors, four and a half years ago.
